Mid size between most 2 seater or 3 seater sized sofas this is the rechargeable lounger recliner sofa called the Leyburn. Made by Sherborne upholstery each side of the sofa reclines independently to the opposite side and there is no need for it to be plugged into a wall socket as the battery pack inside can be recharged as required with the cables supplied. Just plug the charger into the recharging socket at the back of the sofa in much the same way as a mobile phone or laptop would be recharged.
As an additional feature this recliner sofa can also have a power adjusting head cushions on both sides which provide extra comfort at the touch of a button.
Working the reclining actions is very easy. There are buttons on switch plates which are located on either side sofas outside arms. These switch plates also have useful USB charging sockets as well as controls for an adjustable headrest if you select this option.
To lift the footplate and start to recline simply press the first button and the footplate will steadily begin to rise. Release pressure from the button to halt the movement and the recliner will stay where it is. To continue onto a further reclined position press the button again and the back will start to lower, and once again release the button pressure whenever desired. To return to sitting press the opposite button on the switch plate and the recliner smoothly return to sitting.
Power switches used depend on whether the adjustable headrest has been chosen or not.
